10,000 Sq/ft HQ Office Relocation Birmingham for Store Twenty One to Blythe Valley Park

Store Twenty One,  a fast growing fashion and homeware retailer has moved its headquarters to Blythe Valley Park, in a large office relocation Birmingham just off Junction 4 M42. Store Twenty One moved to Blythe Valley after four years based at Drayton Road in Solihull.

Over 100 staff are now working from the company’s new 10,000 sq ft office. Store Twenty One has over 220 stores across the UK and employs 2,000 people nationwide and is continuing to grow, according to Doug Sinclair, estates controller.

He said: “We have opened 45 new stores over the last two years and are moving forward with plans to continue to develop Store Twenty One. This should see us opening a further 20 stores across the UK by the end of 2012 and we are perfectly placed to drive the expansion from our new home on Blythe Valley Park. We are really pleased to have secured new headquarters office building which ticks all the boxes we were looking for, in terms of location and the environment for the team to work out of.”
Store Twenty One was originally evolved from a manufacturing business established in London in 1932, supplying clothing to West End and Marks & Spencer stores. One of the main highlights of its present retail offering  is Katie’s Boutique, featuring Katie Price/Jordan designs and lingerie.

Kate Smith, from Liberty Property Trust UK, which develops and manages Blythe Valley Park in partnership with Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate, said: “We are now up to 97 per cent let and expect to announce further new tenants joining us soon which is a very positive sign for the park, Solihull and the wider region.”
