Workplace strategy, design and fit-out

Offices worth coming in for.

Hybrid working changed where people work. AI is changing the work itself. So a good office brief starts with what your people need to do, not with a desk for every employee. We help you decide how much space you need, what makes coming together worthwhile, and how the office can adapt as your needs change.

How we work

Get the brief right and everything else gets easier.

Most office projects that go wrong do so before anyone picks up a drill: the wrong amount of space, a budget set without a plan, a design that answers last year’s questions. So we spend time on the early decisions: what people do, how often they come together, and what the space has to make easier.

01

Understand

What your people actually do and where they do it best: attendance across the week, how teams meet, what needs quiet, where the friction is. A short utilisation study replaces assumptions with evidence.

Workplace strategy

02

Plan

Space plans, test fits and realistic budgets before you commit to a lease, a landlord’s offer or a contractor. This is where the right amount of space is decided, and where most of the money is won or lost.

Space planning

03

Design

Interiors that support focused and collaborative work, carry your brand and can be reconfigured as teams and tools change, without starting again.

04

Deliver

Design and build, a phased refurbishment or a relocation, organised so the business keeps working while the work happens.

Fit-out and refurbishment

The workplace now

The office has a different job now.

How much space?

Most offices were planned for every desk to be used every day. Now attendance peaks mid-week and the rest of the week is quieter. Plan for your real peak, from your own data. Space you no longer need is cost and carbon saved, or room for settings people will actually use.

Why come in?

People come in for what they cannot do as well at home: working through problems together, learning from colleagues, meeting clients, and for some, a quiet place to concentrate. Design for those, with daylight, fresh air and good acoustics, and the office earns the journey.

Room to change

The work itself is changing as teams adopt AI, and the new patterns are still settling. That is a reason to build in flexibility rather than guess: settings that can change use, furniture that moves, and a lease that leaves room to grow or shrink.

Technology in the room

Meetings now include people who are not in the room. Cameras, audio, room booking and occupancy data need planning alongside the furniture and power, not adding at the end.

Great workplace design transforms working life, and helps organisations achieve what they set out to do.
