New office space: Fletcher House, The Oxford Science Park
Fletcher House has been designed by Hamiltons Architects to suit both office and laboratory/research and development occupiers. The ‘Grade A’ commercial office space is available to let on The Oxford Science Park. It features raised floors and deep ceiling voids to accommodate data cabling, drainage and ventilation requirements. Additional plant areas are designated to enable supplemental plant to be provided for laboratories. Fletcher House comprises a three storey building with a glazed curtain walling system occupying a lakeside position.
Car parking is provided both externally and within the undercroft to maximize the landscaped environment. The building has been designed to accommodate either a single occupier for 2,116 sq m (22,773 sq ft), or alternatively may be let in self contained floors from a minimum of 650 sq m (6,998 sq ft) approximately.
Companies already based at The Oxford Science Park include Amey, Becton Dickinson, IBM Telelogic, and Oxford BioMedica amongst others.
