Returns Policy

All products are guaranteed against defective materials / workmanship under conditions of normal wear and tear from date of delivery & installation. We supply a number of products with a variety of warranties – details of the specific warranty associated with your product are available on request. Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement / part will be sent right away.

All products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or return a product this will be subject to a collection and/or re-stocking fee, this will be charged in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s returns policy. If we are unable to re-sell your ordered product it may be that full payment will still be required.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given at the discretion of Company Management. We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily – always acknowledging a complaint within 1 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress. Our procedures are monitored regularly and updated and improved as required. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
