Office Refreshment

Office Refreshment – it’s the new office refurbishment. In these times of austerity many people can’t justify a full refurbishment or office relocation, nor the potential disruption a move or a refurbishment in occupation can bring – but there’s plenty that we can do to refresh your offices, boost morale, and still keep the bean counters on side.

In some cases we can work over the weekend and your workforce can come into a refreshing new environment on Monday morning. To imagine an office refreshment, firstly consider all the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the office “box” – the floor, the walls and the ceiling. Carpet – we can replace tired worn areas with contrasting bright new flooring, perhaps cutting fun shapes into the existing carpet without lifting the main run or moving furniture. Walls – a fresh lick of paint can transform your workspace, and it doesn’t need to be white or even a different colour – how about some colour? Digital wallpaper and manifestation allows you to make an entire wall look however you want – what about looking out onto a forest?! Ceilings and lighting – some simple designer pendant lights over a conference table or breakout area can look great; changing or painting those tired ceiling tiles will make such a difference – you may even be able to remove the false ceilings altogether and heighten your space.
