NFU Mutual and Salmon Property have secured a second 
tenant for their £35m 175 Oxford Street development in London, following a recent letting to Korean oil company SK.
Ability Group, the property company owned by Andreas Panayiotou, has leased the 2,367 sq ft fifth floor for a ten-year term at £49.50 / sq ft. The office space was subject to best bids after three offers were made in the same week.
Two floors of the London office building, totalling 6,000 sq ft remain available. The letting agents were Knight Frank and H2SO. Eriera Mendoza advised Ability.
