London Office 175 Oxford Street – First Tenant

NFU Mutual and Salmon Property have signed the first office tenant at their £30m 175 Oxford Street redevelopment. Korean oil company SK Energy is taking the 3,195 sq ft third floor London office on a 10 year lease at £47.50 / sq ft. Knight Frank and H2SO are the letting agents; Pickthorn advised SK Energy.
