EMC Advisory Services, one of the UK’s leading professional financial claims management companies has taken space new office space - acquiring the former ROK office in an office relocation Exeter to Pynes Hill Business Park.
EMCAS have recently undergone a change in ownership. Working with Lonsdale Capital Partners and the previous owners, the management team were able complete a Management Buy-Out of the business in early 2011. Lonsdale supported EMCAS’ existing management team which is led by Craig Bernhardt – Chief Executive Officer and James Scarth – Chief Finance Officer, in growing and developing the business. Craig and James are also supported by the recent appointment of Non Executive Chairman – David White.
The office relocation Exeter allows them breathing space in their Paignton offices that they were rapidly out growing. EMCAS was founded in 2003, it started life as a claims management company helping consumers gain compensation and refunds for mis-sold financial products and unfair charges. They no have a team of over 150 and mainly recover compensation on a no win, no fee basis.
